2027: Zamfara Central PDP Senatorial candidate,Maituta pledges to prioritise security, IDPs support

The PDP Senatorial candidate for Zamfara Central, Dr. Sanusi Bala Turaki, (Sarkin Dawakin Mai Tuta), has said that, if voted in the 2027 general election, he will focus on supporting security agencies to protect the people of Zamfara State.

The Senatorial Candidate, Dr. Sanusi, made this known while speaking with journalists in Gusau, Zamfara state capital.

Mai Tuta also pledged to prioritise support to resettle Displaced Persons who’s communities were ravaged by attackers and bandits in Zamfara Central senatorial zone.

According to him, the people of Zamfara State need representatives who can represent them well in the Senate and present their challenges for deliberation at the National Assembly for solutions.

The PDP senatorial hopeful assured that he would not disappoint the people of Zamfara Central Senatorial Zone if voted into office.

“The trust you have in me to bring development to the people in the Senate, Insha Allah, that is what I will deliver.

“This is why I answered your call to contest for Senate in Zamfara Central, due to the failure of the current occupant,” Turaki said.

He, therefore, called on the people of Zamfara State to be courageous and vote for those whose agenda is the development of the people, not personal interest.END
